Architectural Designer II

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer II to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement architectural design concepts that align with our firm's design excellence and sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver complex architectural projects, including programming, concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of new design techniques and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program.
- 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation skills, with proficiency in design software such as Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of building information modeling, architectural drafting, and documentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
