At Robinson & Ries Orthodontics, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Records Technician to join our team. As a key member of our orthodontic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a trusting rapport with patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with various activities, including taking X-Rays, pictures, and digital scans, as well as coordinating with the treatment coordinator and doctor to maintain accurate patient charts.
- Keep patient rooms stocked and organized, clean and sterilize equipment, and prepare for procedures.
- Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors and orthodontic assistants to continuously develop your skillset.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team.
- Knowledge of orthodontics and equipment used.
- Action-oriented and adaptable, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Compassion and high level of service for patients, parents, and staff.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information and protect patient confidentiality.
- Dependable and reliable, with a professional manner and appearance at all times.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsers.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
