About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Performance Advisor to join our Talent Development Division. This role involves working closely with city executives and managers to assess and develop program support that engages the workforce and meets future needs. The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and deliver training using adult learning techniques.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $32.23 - $40.29 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more. Key Responsibilities
This role involves assessing and developing program support that engages the workforce and meets future needs. The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and deliver training using adult learning techniques. Experience in designing and teaching curriculum, developing employee development programs, and leading improvement projects is highly desirable. You will work closely with city executives and managers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for success.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Human Resource Development or a related field. A minimum of four years of experience in organizational development and training is also required. Licenses or certifications are not necessary for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience designing and teaching curriculum, developing employee development and/or engagement programs, and facilitating and leading initiatives and improvement projects.
