Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to the Imaging Center Manager on technologist performance and quality.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
  • Monitor and document performance, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and RadNet practices.
  • Promote flexibility in staff utilization and delegate work effectively.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages.
  • Contribute to the hiring and performance evaluation of Ultrasound employees.
  • Act on behalf of the Imaging Center Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
  • ARDMS certification
  • CPR certification
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
  • Ability to maintain quality standards
