Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions at Vivo HealthStaff, including strategic partnership, employee benefits, talent management, and process optimization.
  • Design and implement new HR protocols to facilitate scalability while ensuring exceptional quality of support.
  • Lead talent development initiatives, enhancing our performance management systems, compensation strategies, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience and streamline onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee compliance and administrative functions effectively.
  • Direct HR enablement activities, including benefits administration and attendance tracking.
  • Continuously assess organizational needs and adapt HR strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Provide support to managers in addressing employee concerns and needs.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, offering guidance and best practices.
  • Maintain the employee handbook, directory, and organizational structure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a business partner in high-volume, fast-paced environments; experience in field team HR is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR metrics for strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to cultivate effective relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
