Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse II is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the mission and values of WakeMed.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, taking into account their physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- 2 years of experience in a nursing-related field (or equivalent education and training).
- Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
7pm-7am, with every fourth weekend and as-needed call requirements.
