Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to work in our Endoscopy Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in endoscopy and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement effective plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • 2 years of appropriate clinical experience required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
