Key Responsibilities:
1. Offer legal insights and support on various corporate issues, including governance, compliance, and risk assessment.
2. Manage all facets of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse array of legal documents, including contracts and corporate policies.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in employment, health, safety, and environmental matters.
5. Formulate and execute legal strategies and policies that align with business goals.
6. Collaborate with external legal advisors on specific matters and represent the firm in legal proceedings when necessary.
7. Conduct training sessions for employees on legal compliance and related topics.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment or law firm.
3. Proven track record in managing corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and experience with employment-related matters.
5. In-depth understanding of compliance and corporate governance practices.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review legal documentation.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
9. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure.
10. Must be an active member in good standing of the Florida state bar.
