Senior Manager- Transaction Advisory Services

EisnerAmper is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading TAS engagements, driving business development efforts, and mentoring and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Transaction Advisory Services engagements, including managing client relationships, engagement economics, and team supervision.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
- Mentor and develop team members, positioning them for future leadership roles within the firm.
- Contribute to practice business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Participate in professional development programs, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with TAS leaders and other EisnerAmper professionals to drive growth and bring resources to opportunities.
- 8+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience from a public accounting and/or other professional services firms.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Masters/advanced degree, CPA, and other professional certifications a plus.
