Transaction Advisory Manager

A leading global brand in the Financial Services industry is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Manager to join their Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing complex transactions across various industries, including Tech, Media, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrials & Telecomm.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Due Diligence, with experience in working with MDs and Directors to execute transactions. You will also be responsible for managing juniors on the team, assisting in pitch materials and market research, and participating in Business Development activities to originate deals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field, and a CPA with a Big 4 background. You will also need to have 4 to 6 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence, with a background at a Big Four or a similar firm being highly preferred.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong work ethic, a history of success working under pressure, and the ability to meet deadlines. You will also need to be able to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Execute complex transactions in cross industries
- Focus on Financial Due Diligence part of the Transactions
- Understand financial models, quality of earnings and working capital
- Work hand in hand with MDs and Directors to execute transactions
- Manage juniors on the team
- Assist in pitch materials and market research
- Assist in Business Development activities to originate deals
- BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
- CPA with a Big 4 background
- 4 to 6 years of Financial Due Diligence experience
