Job Title: Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at W.S. Badcock Corporation.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead a team of sales professionals and contribute to the success of our store operations.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in directing, supervising, and coordinating employees engaged in sales, account management, delivery, and daily store operations.
  • Perform a variety of customer service functions inside the store, including reviewing credit applications and assisting customers with maintaining current accounts.
  • Assign specific daily duties to employees and assist with training them in all aspects of store operations, product information, job requirements, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and implement all company policies and procedures, interpreting policies to employees and investigating and resolving customer complaints.
  • Supervise staff to ensure performance of duties in a safe manner that meets company health and safety standards, investigating the circumstances of all accidents and injuries and filing written reports with the corporate office.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Sell products and services to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, employee performance, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibility involving work hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment and use a calculator for fundamental math calculations.
