About the Role

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Augusta, Georgia.

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing treatment and providing exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being.
  • Following established plans of care and making recommendations for changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes in the patient's condition.

Requirements include:

  • Current licensure, registration, or certification to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
