Home Health Speech Therapist: Part Time

At Andwell Health Partners, we're seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to clients in accordance with the American Speech and Hearing Association's standards of practice.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' holistic health care needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that align with clients' goals and needs.
- Provide ongoing support and interventions to help clients achieve independent living.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Certification of Clinical Competency from a speech-accredited institution.
- Current Speech Language Pathologist License in the State of Maine.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Home health experience preferred.
- A reliable vehicle with insurance.
