About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Home Depot. As a key member of our Loss Prevention and Security department, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud through proactive measures and investigations.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of safety and environmental programs in assigned stores or multiple stores.
  • Identify and investigate incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports to monitor store physical security.
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to develop and implement effective security protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
