About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Advertising Inventory Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking our billboard inventory for brands in Traverse City, MI and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chart all requests, contracts, and special requests from Sales Account Executives, National Sales, Sales Manager, and General Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide holds and proposals for National Sales upon request.
  • Process completion reports in accordance with National Sales deadlines.
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate posting information for each client.
  • Upload static art to Circle Graphics and download and/or approve Proof Of Performance (POP) photos.

Requirements
  • Requires an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to use fax machine, copiers, scanners, and binding machines.
  • High school diploma or Equivalent, with 5 years of office experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Marketing, or another related field).
