Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. As an Additional Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing 5-star customer service while performing a range of services, including termite, mosquito, insulation, exclusion, German roach, rodent and wildlife removal, flea/tick and bed bug treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete installation of additional services, including exclusion and/or manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors for rodent control
  • Provide remediation services to crawl spaces and attics for rodent control and thermal improvement
  • Work effectively and safely with all tools and equipment, maintaining them in clean and working order
  • Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits, and follow scheduled routes and communicate with office staff and managers
  • Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle, adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
  • Commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, job site, ladder, roof, and training
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday, some Saturdays, and some holidays
  • Must earn and maintain state-required training and licensing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in attics, crawl spaces, and on roofs
  • OSHA certification on ladder safety
  • Working knowledge and understanding of construction
  • Basic handy skills and experience working with ladders and power tools
  • Experience installing and removing insulation
  • Pest control license and/or experience working in pest control
