Our flexible scheduling allows for participation in evening events as well as daytime food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and organize food service stations
  • Assist in food preparation, including washing and chopping ingredients
  • Cook meals to order and for catered functions
  • Adhere to recipes and presentation standards to maintain product quality
  • Set up and dismantle service areas at events
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols; ensure cleanliness of the food truck and surrounding environment
  • Take customer orders and handle transactions
  • Confirm order accuracy before serving to customers
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and food preparation spaces
  • Properly store and seal food items
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to read and interpret orders from a ticket and use a touch-screen
  • Ability to tolerate heat in a kitchen environment
  • Must be able to lift over 25 lbs
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
  • Preferred: Basic computer skills
