Project Manager Job Description

World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a variety of IT Department projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project scope.
  • Manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of IT project management experience, with a focus on financial services or technology consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and project management disciplines (Waterfall, Agile, SDLC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and adjust projects based on customer or management feedback.
  • High level of personal responsibility for delivering an excellent project management experience.
