Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server Representative to join our team at Seasoned. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that guests receive their orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash and credit transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • One to two years of experience working as a server in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary training preferred.
Working Conditions

The Server Representative will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with moderate to high ambient noise levels. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and moving quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment. The Server Representative must be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
