Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and ideally have prior experience in retail or sales.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills with proficiency in math and technology, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels appreciated and understood.

- Advocate for the importance of holistic wellness by informing clients about new and enhanced services, promoting the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on recommendations from service providers.

- Facilitate smooth clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client questions.
- Contribute to the growth and retention of our client base through both in-person interactions and outreach via phone or email.
