About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor, Blow Mold to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the blow mold equipment, changeovers, training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of blow mold equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Changeovers and Training: Develop and implement efficient changeover procedures and provide training to production personnel to ensure seamless transitions and minimal waste.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that all production activities are conducted in accordance with Refresco's quality and safety standards.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide guidance and support to production personnel, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or technical school certification in mechanical or related fields preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the soft drink industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and people management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
