We are seeking passionate instructors to lead our dynamic fitness classes at BODYROK. Our program features high-intensity, low-impact workouts designed to tone and sculpt both body and mind in just 40 minutes. Our instructors are renowned for delivering some of the most comprehensive and challenging workouts available in the fitness industry.

Utilizing our proprietary Hybrid Pilates method on custom-built reformers, we provide one of the most effective full-body workouts. Instructors will engage clients with heart-pumping music in energetic studio environments. The BODYROK method is designed to be both high-intensity and low-impact, ensuring clients leave feeling invigorated and revitalized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-energy Pilates classes utilizing our custom reformers.
  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all clients.
  • Act as a representative of the BODYROK brand during and outside of classes.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Show a willingness to learn and grow with our expanding brand.
  • Adhere to the BODYROK teaching methodology.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of at least 10 BODYROK sculpt classes.
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics.
  • Flexible availability for teaching.
  • Commitment to teaching at least two days per week.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of experience in instructing Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to demonstrate exercises and routines effectively.
  • Assist clients in performing exercises safely to prevent injury.
  • Modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels.
  • Teach classes effectively and safely at all times.

Please note that there is a training cost of $1500, with discounts available for early payment and prior certifications.
