Job Title: Consumer Relations Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Relations Representative to join our team at Wm Bolthouse Farms Inc. As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with consumers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, complaints, and requests about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or other electronic means.
  • Use company procedures to handle and resolve consumer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product inquiries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Organize workflow to meet company response times and ensure timely resolution of consumer issues.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource and maintain accurate records of consumer interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of consumer issues.
  • Follow up on consumer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience.
  • Valid California Driver License and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM and transcribe dictation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a changing work environment.
