We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to lead our Privacy, Cybersecurity and Information Management practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data privacy and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success in negotiating and drafting contracts, conducting risk assessments, and advising on international data transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft contracts involving privacy, cybersecurity, data licensing, and technology outsourcing
  • Conduct risk assessments and data protection impact analyses (DPIAs)
  • Advise on international data transfers under the GDPR
  • Lead our Privacy, Cybersecurity and Information Management practice
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in data privacy and cybersecurity
  • Established, portable business in data privacy and cybersecurity
  • Admission to practice in New York
