Job Title: Program Coordinator, Healthcare-Community Partnerships Capacity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support the management and execution of day-to-day activities related to the Title X grant and other Capacity Building projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the oversight of the Title X project, including project activities and deliverables progress, reporting, quality and program compliance.
  • Support the preparation and submission of funding applications for Title X service grant funds as assigned, and additional HCP-CB funds, as available and appropriate.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Program Manager in assessing and prioritizing sub-recipient training needs (including on-boarding).
  • Assist in the planning and executing of project activities and timeline.
  • Remain up to date on research, relevant public policy and service provision network in NYC.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or equivalent; more than 4 years of project coordination experience.
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience; Sexual and Reproductive Health and Health Equity knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks with an increasing level of independence. Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present data to groups and individuals.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate within and across the Capacity Building team, Healthcare-Community Partnerships Division, other organizational units, and with colleagues in various external working groups/forums.
