**Your Role**

We are seeking a Part-Time Senior Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our energy efficiency program.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough energy audits and optimize HVAC controls to minimize energy consumption.
* Lead energy efficiency activities, including auditing, benchmarking, implementation, and verification.
* Investigate field conditions, develop energy conservation measures (ECMs), and create energy savings calculations for buildings over 100,000 sq. ft.
* Prepare technical reports and financial analyses to support project decisions.

**Project Management**

* Develop strategies and goals for project execution.
* Support technical approaches for implementing energy efficiency solutions.
* Lead energy efficiency projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and customer communication.

**Qualifications**

* 15+ years of experience in Energy Audits, Commissioning, or Retro-Commissioning.
* Expertise in Building Automation Systems, HVAC, and controls.
* Strong technical writing and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field. PE License preferred.
