What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who:

  • Has a minimum of three years of restaurant or retail experience and two years of management experience
  • Is at least 18 years old
  • Has the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with skill and discretion
  • Can make guests smile uncontrollably
  • Is articulate and able to communicate effectively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a strong work ethic and accountability
  • Is willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Is able to work necessary hours, with an average work week of 47.5 hours
  • Is able to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds
