About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of our ready mix fleet, ensuring that our vehicles are in top condition to meet the demands of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including engine diagnostics, hydraulic system checks, and chassis/body repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge to identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist with supporting equipment breakdowns and perform field repairs as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Knowledge of OEM software platforms, such as Cummins Insite or Cat ET, and experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Class B CDL preferred; ASE T1-T8 certification and OSHA 10 training a plus.
