Healthcare Security Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Security Manager to join our team at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and programs within a healthcare facility, ensuring the safety and protection of patients, staff, visitors, property, and other assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate security staff, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facility management, human resources, and legal to integrate security measures into various operational processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
- 8+ years of experience in managing security operations of a comparable size and complexity to the assigned locations.
- Valid state driver's license or state-issued identification card.
- State Regulated Guard Card.
- Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator License (CHPA) is preferred.
