We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Design Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at IMEG. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are being executed in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered successfully.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that projects are delivered in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering design, with a focus on project management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
