Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our Healthcare Audit practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple audit engagements, collaborating with clients to plan audit objectives, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and assurance, with experience working with healthcare clients. They will be a strategic thinker, able to lead and motivate a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
- Review and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy and completeness
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement
- Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
- CPA certification
- Experience working with healthcare clients
