What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join our Healthcare Audit practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing environment and provide clients with exceptional services. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy
- Leading multiple audit engagements and competing priorities
- Reviewing and examining, and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Maintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively
- Understanding and managing firm risk on audits and proposals
- Supervising, training, and mentoring staff during engagement
- Assessing performance of staff for engagement evaluations
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
- CPA certification
- Experience with Healthcare Clients
