  • Experience in managing and leading a team, with a strong focus on communication and teamwork.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and concerns.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
  • Certification or training in pet grooming is a plus.
