Position SummaryWe are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to assess their procurement requirements, manage order placements, and assist in sourcing the necessary tools for operational efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in overseeing contract management, tracking supply requests, and monitoring the inventory of essential materials. Key Responsibilities
  • Gather supply requests from different departments to evaluate their needs
  • Execute orders, follow up on any delays, and foster strong relationships with suppliers

  • Assess proposals from various suppliers to identify the best options based on cost and quality, conducting necessary research to find suitable vendors
  • Oversee vendor agreements as required
