InnoTECH Staffing is seeking a Senior Engineer with a strong background in electronics to join a dynamic materials technology startup. This role requires a full-time onsite presence and does not offer relocation or sponsorship at this time.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:
- Provide expert technical support to clients, collaborating closely with global sales and technical service teams.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with key technical contacts and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Oversee the timely execution of customer-related activities, including leading technical discussions, managing samples, and providing experimental support.
- Implement coating application strategies on various customer samples within production environments.
- Develop innovative application techniques and testing methodologies to meet market and customer demands.
- Communicate technical advancements internally and engage with customers regarding product details.
- Build relationships with vendors to enhance company capabilities and address customer requirements.
- Participate in occasional domestic and international travel (15-20%).
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A BS or BS/MS degree in Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, along with 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with PCB components, failure modes, layout considerations, and signal integrity for high-frequency applications.
- Preferred experience in coatings application and manufacturing processes.
- Technical Project Management experience is advantageous.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $115K to $125K, along with comprehensive benefits, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
