Position Overview

InnoTECH Staffing is seeking a Senior Engineer with a strong background in electronics to join a dynamic materials technology startup. This role requires a full-time onsite presence and does not offer relocation or sponsorship at this time.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide expert technical support to clients, collaborating closely with global sales and technical service teams.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with key technical contacts and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Oversee the timely execution of customer-related activities, including leading technical discussions, managing samples, and providing experimental support.
  • Implement coating application strategies on various customer samples within production environments.
  • Develop innovative application techniques and testing methodologies to meet market and customer demands.
  • Communicate technical advancements internally and engage with customers regarding product details.
  • Build relationships with vendors to enhance company capabilities and address customer requirements.
  • Participate in occasional domestic and international travel (15-20%).
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A BS or BS/MS degree in Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, along with 4-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with PCB components, failure modes, layout considerations, and signal integrity for high-frequency applications.
  • Preferred experience in coatings application and manufacturing processes.
  • Technical Project Management experience is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115K to $125K, along with comprehensive benefits, 401k, and bonus opportunities.
