Aerospace NDT Inspector II

We are seeking an experienced NDT Inspector II to join our team at Pursuit Aerospace. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) using techniques such as Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) with a focus on fluorescent Penetrant.

• Conduct NDT inspections on production components to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assess materials and parts for quality compliance, interpret and analyze test results to identify defects or anomalies.
• Resolve technical queries, perform mechanical and electronic inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, including findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

• Valid NDT Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in non-destructive testing within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, components, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME, ISO).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
