- Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and evaluate vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required, providing estimates for further repairs.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification is mandatory.
- A or B level qualifications, including expertise in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Strong dexterity, requiring steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional customer service skills and basic computer proficiency.
- A positive and friendly demeanor, with a willingness to learn and improve.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, repair methods, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
