Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our cardiovascular medicine team, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Diagnosis: Performs accurate and timely physical assessments of patients, ordering diagnostic studies and interpreting results effectively.
- Patient Care Coordination: Facilitates consistent, coordinated care among all members of the healthcare team, ensuring patient-centered care that promotes health and well-being.
- Education and Research: Participates in educational programs and research opportunities to advance cardiovascular medicine and improve patient outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in cardiovascular medicine.
- Certification/Licensure: Possess current prescriptive authority and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider.
$150,000 - $220,000 per year
This position requires flexibility and reliability, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, as well as occasional on-call duties.
