Overview:

Salary and Benefits:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education met.
  • Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
    • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.
    • Problem-solving: Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
