We are seeking a dedicated Weekday Overnight Counselor to join our team at Concern Housing.

This is a full-time position located in Pitkin, offering a competitive salary of $41,600 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Weekday Overnight Counselor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall monitoring and safety of our residents and sites.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reading logs for updates, instructions, and assignments.
  • Filing, organizing charts, office cleaning, photocopying, and other tasks as assigned or needed.
  • Providing brief counseling as needed and redirecting clients to regular staff when appropriate.
  • Assisting with crisis intervention as needed.
  • Conducting weekly medication counts and checking for accuracy and corresponding documentation.
  • Performing hourly walk-thrus of the site during your shift.
  • Participating in the monitoring of morning meds as needed.
  • Prompting clients needing to wake early.
  • Attending site's monthly staff meetings and agency forums.
  • Staying up-to-date with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a similar role.
