**Estimated Salary:** $16-$20 per hour based on location and performance

Overview:

**Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daily activities, such as engaging with potential buyers and preparing presentations.
  • Interact with prospective homebuyers, providing them with top-notch customer service and answering their questions.
  • Observe experienced sales consultants deliver sales presentations, learning how to effectively implement our sales process.
  • Manage customer data in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Gain knowledge of the documentation and legal aspects of the home sales process.
  • Assist in coordinating community events, grand openings, and promotional activities designed to attract potential homebuyers.
  • Attend sales training sessions to enhance understanding of our product offerings, the sales process, and sales techniques.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Junior or Senior year preferred). Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated.
  • Strong interest in real estate, home sales, or construction industry.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
