About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment and windows.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
  • Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
