Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Operate a cash register, handling cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Complete shift reports, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves
  • Assist with gasoline tank inventory, product delivery, and yard maintenance
  • Perform light equipment maintenance and merchandising tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with associates and guests, and demonstrate a strong ability to count, read, and write accurately

Requirements:

  • Wear required store uniform and maintain a professional appearance
  • Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
  • Have reliable transportation and be able to freely access all areas of the store
  • Attend mandatory meetings, including training and safety sessions

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 pounds
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above shoulder height and bend below waist
  • Ability to move quickly around the store
