Role Purpose:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client projects in a dynamic Point of Purchase metal display manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client project specifications throughout the prototype, production, and delivery phases.
  • Document and monitor all projects in accordance with company standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all client communications.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.
  • Engage actively in daily production and scheduling discussions.
  • Act as the internal advocate for client projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in quality assurance processes for products before and after assembly.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to assist clients in designing cost-effective solutions.
  • Occasionally provide indirect supervision to production staff.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for project processes from initiation to completion.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Experience in direct client interactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with multitasking capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. or more with reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
  • Experience in metal fabrication.
  • Background in the Point of Purchase industry.
