Position Summary: The EUV Source Performance Engineer will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment focused on the commercialization of cutting-edge EUV technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our EUV light sources meet or exceed the performance expectations of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support analytics initiatives aimed at automating the transfer of complex physics-based knowledge and product solutions across the organization.
- Develop predictive models to determine optimal performance settings for EUV sources, facilitating efficient tuning by customer service teams.
- Utilize strong technical skills in plasma and laser physics, alongside problem-solving and numerical analysis capabilities, to enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineering, development engineering, and customer support, to establish clear technical objectives.
- Conduct scientific experiments to validate and optimize model performance, documenting and communicating results effectively.
- Analyze test data to assess performance capabilities and identify areas for system improvement.
- Provide technical training to engineers on the use of developed models and platforms.
- Ensure safe operations in both factory and customer environments.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Plasma Physics, Engineering Physics, Applied Physics, or related fields; PhD preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment development is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, and Julia.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, including Databricks and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of customer relationship management.
