Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist to join our team at Truck Enterprises, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in handling internal and external customer requests for parts purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge of heavy duty truck parts to customers and mechanics
- Determine the correct part(s) needed to meet customer requirements
- Process orders and check in received goods
- Assist with inventory management and core returns to vendors
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and parts bins
- Delivery of parts to customers as needed
- Participate in annual parts inventory physical count
- Support the Parts Manager with miscellaneous tasks
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts sales or related field
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of office procedures desirable
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional personal appearance
- Computer terminal data input and basic computer skills desirable
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information
- High school diploma or equivalent
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
