In this role, you will work under the supervision of an RN to provide safe personal care functions for patients in their homes. Your duties will include fulfilling the physician's plan of care, reporting observations regarding the patient's status to the supervising nurse, and providing personal care.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, certification from a state-certified nursing assistant program, and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification. A minimum of 6 months' healthcare experience is required.
