Position Summary
We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement; cultivate new client relationships via appointments and special events, while keeping clients informed about new arrivals and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques (cross-selling, upselling, etc.) to enhance each transaction, improve KPIs, and close sales effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge (both technical and inspirational) across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist management with basic store operations, including inventory counts and maintaining visual standards such as merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer-focused role, preferably within a luxury setting.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Skilled in building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine passion for fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, high energy, and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Previous luxury retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work closing shifts, including weekends and during peak seasons.
- Capable of lifting packages weighing 5-8 lbs. regularly.
