Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of legal strategies for our clients
  • Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues to provide informed advice to clients
  • Draft pleadings and motions, as well as other legal documents
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement legal strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their legal needs in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Admitted to practice law in New York State
  • 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in a government agency or similar setting
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and rules of evidence
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
