Event Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring client satisfaction at every occasion, guaranteeing that each event is organized properly, punctually, and that our clients receive exceptional support.
  • Transporting, loading, and unloading company vehicles, providing on-site customer service during events, and setting up tents, tables, chairs, games, decor, furniture, sound systems, video equipment, lighting, projection, or other rental items.
  • Managing warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, cataloging, and storage of all event equipment and company assets.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of company property, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Preparing customer orders and handling returns.

Physical demands are a reality in our industry; candidates should be prepared for heavy lifting, and experience with power tools may be necessary for some roles. A commitment to working from start to finish until tasks are completed is essential, as we often engage in 10-12+ hour workdays in the events sector.

Qualifications:
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • A career-first mindset.
  • A willingness to assist in any capacity to ensure successful events and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Documented and verifiable history of long-term employment in previous roles.
  • Availability for regular and consistent travel as required by the company.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a licensed and insured vehicle for commuting—company vehicles are available for event servicing.
  • Proficiency with computers, regular access to email, and prompt responsiveness to all forms of communication.
  • Experience in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic technical knowledge and experience with PC operating systems, including software installation and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills (Training Provided):
  • Experience in general labor, physical work, or warehouse/production settings.
  • Experience in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Experience driving larger vehicles, box trucks, and towing trailers.
  • Forklift and scissor lift experience, along with relevant certifications.
